Monmousseau Brut Etoile, French Champagne (White Sparkling wine) in punch (12% Alcohol)

R.W. Knudsen Family, Sparkling Cherrynon-alcoholic Chico, CA

Beer=Long Trail Amber Ale from Bridgewater, VT www.longtrail.com

Leonard de St. Aubin Pouilly-Fuisse--2002 (White Burgundy) Chaintre, France 13% Alcohol A white Burgundy made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown on the hillsides just west of Macon, this medium dry, golden hued, fruity wine has bouquet and finesse. It is excellent with fish, poultry, shellfish and veal.

Serendipity Cellars--1999 Oregon Marechal Foch Special Reserve 12.4% Alcohol We only bottle a Special Reserve when one particular lot of grapes shows extra special qualities. This is only our second such wine in the past six years. Meadow Vineyard, located near Halsey in the Willamette Valley, produced grapes which showed tremendous concentration and finesse in 1999. The wine you now hold is 100% from that vineyard. While I could say many glowing things about the wine, mere words do not do it justice. Suffice it to say, I consider it to be my best.

Elise, Chateauneuf-Du-Pape--1998 Red Rhone Wine, France, 13.5% Alcohol
