| Raman Noodle Salad | |
|---|---|
| 2 packages of chicken ramen noodles | Break up the noodles |
| 16 oz shredded cabbage 1 C sunflower seeds [optional] 2-4 green onions chopped [optional] | Mix with the noodles |
| Dressing:   4 Tbsp sugar 6 Tbsp Vinegar 1 tsp pepper 1 C Vegetable oil 2 pkgs of Ramen noodle seasonings |
whisk dressing together, pour over salad, thoroughly mix. You can wait until the last minute to put the dressing on; experience is that the noodles will usually stay crisp for a day or two with dressing on. |
