Recipes

Raman Noodle Salad
2 packages of chicken ramen noodlesBreak up the noodles
16 oz shredded cabbage
1 C sunflower seeds [optional]
2-4 green onions chopped [optional]
Mix with the noodles
Dressing:
 
4 Tbsp sugar
6 Tbsp Vinegar
1 tsp pepper
1 C Vegetable oil
2 pkgs of Ramen noodle seasonings
whisk dressing together, pour over salad, thoroughly mix.
 
You can wait until the last minute to put the dressing on; experience is that the noodles will usually stay crisp for a day or two with dressing on.
