Business meeting

Motion: To hold Gourmet meeting on 3rd Sunday of each month with exceptions for particular months. Move: Ray Johnson, 2nd: Dolly Reed.
Amendment to add that August 2007 would be one of the exceptions, held to 2nd Sunday due to occurrence of Int'l conference, died for lack of a second since it was already included in the 'with exceptions' clause.
Unanimous.

Action: Check Charter/by laws to see if need to amend or if doesn't currently specify day of the month for Sunday meeting.

Action: Inform District and International.
