Business meeting

The next gourmet meeting will be January 15th at Jerrys and Sashi's with Ragin' Cajun as the theme. Paul will host the February 19th meeting. The theme is yet to be determined. Nathan will host the March 18th meeting with Garlic as the theme. Joe and Ruth will host the April 15th meeting with Southern Brunch as the theme.

Paul, Richard, Sharon and Dolly will meet on Tuesday, January 10th to complete the site migration to the new Freetoasthost 2.0 website. Dolly has added the two January meetings to the Freetoasthost 1.0 website and members are reminded to use this site to sign up for roles for these two meetings. A request was made to Dolly to incorporate the link to the menu sign up into the new website, which she will pass on to Richard Frantz.

Paul reminded members that we will be holding speech contests during the month of February. Ray let us know that Tall Tales and International Speech are the two contests for the Spring. We need to decide next month if we want to have one contest at each of the February meetings or two at one meeting. We can vote next time.

Paul reported we are awaiting delivery of the new club banner.

Next meeting is Wednesday, January 11th in Berlin.

Ray made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Don seconded. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 8:56 p.m.
