Announcement of open positions on nominations. Ray has brought champagne which will not be opened until the nominations are full.

International Proxy: Jerry and Paul Young will be attending, Ray and Dolly are possible.
Regional: Joe Zafian attending, possibly Ray, Dolly and Jerry.

Motion to be voted on at International: Change dues from Bylaw to Policy so can change rate without a FULL vote.

Motion: Joe Zafian to carry proxy to Regional Jerry to carry proxy to International Moved by Ray, Second by Lem Amended (additional): election of Jim Heeren vs Kristin Nicholson for ID: vote for Jim Heeren. (amendment by Majority) Vote infavor of change in dues policy. (amendment by 8/10 majority of members present). Motion passed.

Report by Treasurer Ray Johnson: 100% renewal. Approx $300 in treasury, largest expenditure has been bank fee. Will be moving to new bank, which doesn't have a fee, following elections.

Announcements:
AG visit at next Wednesday meeting, in April. (Checked for anticipating good turn out. Speakers: Paul Y, Joe Z, Rich F)

Division-C contest will be in a secure building so need to inform in advance if will be attending

Contested election for LGM between Martha Kylie and Dave Wheeler. Possible contested election for Div-D Gov.

Next Meeting
May 20th, Day after the District conference, at Ray and Dolly's Theme: Hawaiian.
