Proposal by Harvey, for discussion: There are people who will present a cooking class at a home, ALA a guest speaker. Could hold instead of a standard meeting. Comment: Should be at a home that has a well situated (visible) kitchen. Uncertain if dues are usable for this as an educational expense or if would collect separately.
 
Action: Harvey to investigate prices and report back.

Next Gourmet meeting: March 16th, 2008, at Harvey and Linda's. Will hold the Tall Tales Contest.
